A.Officing talking
On 26th Aug,we formally took our dear two Clients to visit our Xinzheng producing factory,along with managers Miss Patty and Mr Cui also the technicists and me,we had a very deep and pleasant buisiness discuss on the GI Corrugated sheets,GI plain sheets ,knowing that main products our clients needed this time is Galvanized corrugated sheets for thickness of 0.14mm,0.17mm (our advantage thickness ) .And we also talked technical achievement possibility about adjustment between waves and width for corrugated sheets and we believe no problems to meet clients’ needs. Then we directly arranged the manufacturing parts of our factory to prepare the producing test.
B.Visiting productions and test
Out of the office we went to visiting production lines for GI Steel Coil,Gi Corrugated Steel Sheets one by one,Simply going around the GI producing line,then we moved to the Corrugated sheets producing plant,our clients are very professional and we talked many technical items and showed our clients ,the coils,sheets,also the working machine,the logo printing processing,very coincident that we are producing the sheets with the Logo that are popular in their market.
C.Office Negotiations
After visiting our producing plants we got dear clients kind approval about our goods quality also the technique,then we talked about the prices also the whole market conditions now, we were all honest and sincere to each other and we made a deal finnally,And we discuss the document also the payment terms ,the proforma items all the details things.Our clinets are always so kind and patient and , we really made a pleasant talk.Looking forward to our long time good cooperations in the future.
