On August 31th at 11 am, general manager of Baotou Iron and Steel Group announced the launch of dismantling Steel ironworks No. 2 blast furnace, 500 tons crane dropped a 50 tons tube slowly. As the biggest blast furnace dismantled  since country's iron and steel industry promotedproductions reductions,its demolition work will be completed by the end of Nov, the reductions in production capacity of 1.33 million tons of iron will be achieved.

 

This is undoubtedly a miniature of the whole industrial conditions this year,according to the country policy of reducing productions . In the past ten days, the central component send inspection attacks, localities have also announced intensive production programs of this year, most provinces and equipment specific to the enterprise. Industry insiders estimate that the country will go from September to shut down production capacity intensive period. But it is worth noting that, in supervision in place to reflect, there are people, capital, debt three "stumbling block" and proposed adjustments and increasing the use of awards and subsidies eliminate backward production capacity and funding proposals.
